Escape the Museum Review - Gamezebo

What started as a warm, beautiful day for Susan Anderson and her young daughter Caitlin ends in disastrous suspense when the museum where Susan works is a 7.6 magnitude earthquake. While able to secure Caitlin safely within the museum, Susan herself is knocked unconscious by falling debris and wakes to a catastrophic shambles. Afterwards it's a frenzied search for the missing little girl while attempting to save as many museum artifacts as possible - before the whole place comes crashing down.

Verdict: Escape the Museum succeeds admirably and is a credit to its genre, (i.e., a blend of adventure-style conundrums and hidden-object gameplay.) Hidden among its cacophony of special artifacts and mundane objects is a museum-quality experience.

Pros: Solid production values. Engaging storyline. Great mix of object-based puzzles and seek-and-find locales.

Cons: Some objects are non-distinct and/or too well hidden. Vague item descriptions.
