3D Realms Refutes Earth No More Suit

3D Realms CEO Scott Miller has defended his studio's upcoming game Earth No More, following a lawsuit filed by two Californians accusing the company of stealing their idea.

"I can't say much, because this is a legal matter. Except, I will say we are fully innocent, and that these guys are just looking for a quick score," Miller wrote on the Shacknews forums.
