Soooo, why exactly was it cut?

Christopher4167d ago

Probably because it was a bit too emotional in nature and might have detracted from the main emotional scenes in the game. Maybe. Don't really know. Heck, it could have been that they didn't want you to waste time going to various zones just to deliver news of someone's death (poor quest goals) and had nothing to do with the characters.

toxic-inferno4167d ago (Edited 4167d ago )

I think it's likely due to the point about various zones. All of the other characters you were sent to were in Sanctuary at that point, and it would have doubled the length of the mission to go and inform Tina.

Saying that, I really do love the idea of this. Tiny Tina is one of the most controvertial and colourful characters in the entire game. I think she has a bright future ahead of her in the Borderlands universe...

EDIT: But they could have left it in as an optional objective. That would have been a nice touch!

Agreed, toxic-inferno. Leave it in as an optional part of the quest. That would have been the best.

Why cut Tiny Tina's stuff she is an awesome character :(

Jinkies4167d ago

Yeah why the hell was that cut, that person that dies means a lot to her.

You know I actually thought they would of made it so she was Bricks sister he went to look for on Pandora.

Hope we get to play as the the old vault hunters in the next game, it could be amazing.

To be honest when you had to go talk to everyone i was kinda suprised i wasnt going to tell Tina

Dailynch4167d ago

DLC please. That would be awesome.

Snookies124167d ago

They should make it a free patch or something and put it back in that way. DLC would be a little overboard if you had to pay just to get to do one little thing that was originally going to be in the game anyway.

Still, I do hope they put this in again somehow down the road... It sounds like a really great scene.

This is why the DLC plague runs rampant...

The Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak from the Gran Turismo series

Nissan Skyline from Need for Speed Underground

Motorcycle Steamroller from Dead Rising 3

And finally a car you never drive but saves your ass over and over : Honey Badger from COD MW2

Gardenia468d ago

I was thinking of Mad Max. That V8 felt really good to drive around in, especially with upgrades.

dumahim468d ago

No one liked the Batmobile in Arkham Knight. Top 10?

toxic-inferno468d ago

I don't know... It was a strange addition to the game, and the parts of the game where you had to fight in it were tedious. But driving it around Gotham felt brilliant.
