King's Bounty Warriors of the North Review (www.ComboCaster.com)

The first King's Bounty passed quite unnoticed for players however were very well received by critics. Having never played any really not sure what to expect from Warrior's of the North, despite having read some information about this game and have pleased me.
KB: WotN is a tactical RPG with bases in mythology Viking / Nordic. Will play as Olaf, son of Tormund, who leads his army to fight against the undead infesting the Northern Lands. They will quickly discover that this is not an easy task, and will need to win the confidence of kings and other important people, like an alchemist to make bombs and a crazy old so they can defeat the undead. The story does a good job at motivating the player along their journey, albeit in a predictable, linear, but as the story unfolds, quickly forget the places they have visited previously. Our house Nordlig becomes a distant memory. Being able to travel by boat really opens up the world, but the story pushes you to the next island that needs help, and quickly forget the main objective.
