The War Z: Broken But Promising

Not long after "The War Z" alpha was released, a lot of negative reviews came out and criticized the games low quality textures, poorly made animations, unintuitive AI and the fact that in the early stages there were several hackers that made the game a lot less fun for others.

Aside from all those problems, many of those who participated in the beta still enjoyed the game. The skill tree system which is not yet present in the beta has received some praise as being a new addition that could create some diversity and sense of accomplishment when playing the game, there is currently a prototype version of the Skill Trees which shows the two main paths of "Survival/Medical" and "Physical/Melee" which are all passive skills increasing characters basic stats.

Well, to me it just looks pretty Broken for now. Lets hope real fixes come soon. But THIS is definitely not a three year project!

Hated Games That Actually Had Some Neat Gameplay Mechanics

Let's face it, there are some hated games out there that are just complete trash. The developers responsible for these games usually have little clue about game balancing and their poor decisions usually leave their game to die in the dust.
