AG: Most adventure game fans will know the name Phoenix Online from their fan-made continuation of the King's Quest legacy. But now Phoenix is ready to make an even bigger impression with the premier episode of their first commercial project, Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller.
No one has disabled our HyperJump, so players can expect new games delivered to them at lightspeed this May. Landing on Jump this month are a competitive multiplayer dungeon arcade thriller, another episode of a Game-of-the-Year Winner, a jaunt into a new retro dimension, and more.
Serena Nelson writes: "Love it or hate it, episodic games are here to stay. Especially with regards to crowdfunding games. We've seen a fair number recently have to split their game into two or more parts for one reason or another and there's been a decent amount of backlash against cutting a game up into bite-sized chunks. With the recent announcement of Celestial Tear: Demon's Revenge getting an episodic release I thought now would be a good time to go over the pros and cons for doing this."
I Review the video game known as Cognition An Erica Reed Thriller which also has a Game of the Year Edition. This is just my overall thoughts on the first episode of this season and I have to say for an indie game it is quite awesome but with a few missteps which I cover in this video game review. Enjoy!
