Kennedy is the most popular and recognizable character aside from Jill Valentine. In this article, we'll be counting down every Resident Evil game Leon is featured in, ranked."
Yeah I figured it would be ordered like this. For me Leons best game was his debut. RE2.

Or a system restore from 1998.
Reboot the reboot?
It needs to go back the way resident evil one was but modernized like the GameCube remake
We're not really talking about a reboot of Resident Evil, we're talking about a reboot of Survival Horror as a whole genre. It's kinda lost its way.
If you take the main series of RE there have only been two poor games... 5 and 6. 1-4 were great and so was Code Veronica. And the Gamecube remake was excellent.
It's the over saturation and dilution of RE that has hurt with all the poor spin offs.
First step is stop poisoning the IP with crappy spin offs and movies.
Second step is reboot the back story. The story has become almost impenetrable to a newbie, and there's a lot of cool ideas and rich history to RE series.
Third step, move the series back toward survival horror instead of lame half baked action.
Finally, make us care about the characters again, and tell an interesting and immersive story where our actions matter and we're put in real peril.
