Original FEAR is a goddamn masterpiece

Was playing Alien: Isolation again a few weeks ago, still holds up and the AI is incredible.

F.E.A.R. was another amazing game, shame the series went downhill with 2 and then fell off entirely with F3AR.

Couldn’t get into Fatal Frame, bought the remaster on PS5 and just…couldn’t.

Fatal Frame 2 is an underrated masterpiece.

People that have played it, is it worth the price? I’m thinking of purchasing

MadLad1163d ago

Wait for a 50% off sale, honestly. It's not a bad game by any means, but it doesn't live up to their original Amnesia, let alone a game like SOMA.

I've heard mixed things about it. If you're heavily invested in Frictional's storytelling streak? Rebirth SEEMS like one of the best you'd get out of a game in 2020. Gameplay and some level design is where fans appear disappointed.
