GamePlanet - Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise pitches itself as a quirky entry into the rhythm genre, but it quickly becomes monotonous. Extremely simple gameplay, a control system that doesn't take advantage of the Wii's point of difference, and a limit of only two players all come together to beg the question: why isn't this a downloadable mobile game?
Given how many great games have been released in previous generations of consoles, Sam from TOS names his favorite ones that he has played this year that are worth replaying.

Avoid. Avoid like the plague. Rhythm Paradise? More like my Rhythm Nightmare.
