GamesAsylum looks at this week's new releases, including Dishonored, XCOM, Pokemon Black/White 2, Retro City Rampage, Fable: The Journey and Of Orcs and Men.
XCOM: Enemy Unknown rebooted the series back in 2012, and has since inspired numerous new strategy game series to be born.
If someone gets into this I'd recommend getting the enemy within version. It's got all the dlc included so it's the better version. Wish the author would've atleast mentioned it. I didn't see it.
Fantastic game though. Xcom 2 is top notch also. I've spent countless hours in these games.
It’s a shame, really, that so few games have “borrowed” Dishonored’s Blink – in the right hands, such a power could be game-changing.
There was a small game called Aragami that “borrowed” the blink, that was a good game.
Unfortunately I heard the sequel wasn’t good so I stayed away from trying it out.
Dishonored's engaging lore, creative levels, and timeless gameplay are well worth revisiting for fans of the immersive sim and stealth genre.
Its a good week for gaming, hopefully the first of many weeks towards the end of 2012.
The so-called free to play Microsoft MMO, is only free to the paying Gold members, the Silver members can't play it. :-/
So it's not really a free to play MMO for 360.
If you allready have a gold subscription, you can play it for free tough.
