Carrier Command: Gaea Mission’s attempt to satisfy both brain and button-bashing fingers is undeniably noble. However, in the game’s current state merits are drowned in a number of downsides- from an anemic opening segment to vexing ally AI
PJ: "Carrier Command: Gaea Mission. A re-imagining of a little known, but well-loved, strategy game from days of yore. Made by those lovely people who bring us the highly praised, though flawed, ARMA games. How well do their talents translate across to a more sedate, though equally tactically oriented style of play? Walrus."
Worst carrier game I have ever played in my life. I destroyed my APC by driving up a ramp. Not to mention the AI killing my units, yet I can only pilot/command 1/4 of the units at a time.
Graphics was great I agree, but they seriously didn't think everything through on this "remake" aka "re-destroy"
More deals from Steam, how's your wallet coping?
Bohemia Interactive has released a brand new update for the Windows PC version of Carrier Command: Gaea Mission, which released in October last year.
Sounds like a good idea, maybe the PC version came out better.
Ive yet to see this game get anything above a 8. OXM gave it a 3.5/10.
The graphics actually look pretty good.
I like complex games but they also have to work 98% of the time.
