"When a sports title releases every year you would expect a certain amount of change with each release. If you start with a game that is pretty darn good to begin with, however, making changes every year becomes more and more difficult. Now throw in a new hands-free controller that you feel obliged to make use of and you could end up crafting a title that either bombs or soars to great heights!

Madden 13, I am happy to say, does not bomb. The latest version of the franchise has undergone a few changes (arguably the most since it appeared on current generation systems) which means it feels fresh and new. The lack of any real competition in the American Football scene does help it stay on top as well."
