You can go full RTS, near enough, if you want to, or you can charge on in action style and still win – albeit in a different manner. It’s an idea that has been attempted before but it feels as if Bohemia has finally been able to find the balance between the two so they both work, at the same time, on completely different levels.
PJ: "Carrier Command: Gaea Mission. A re-imagining of a little known, but well-loved, strategy game from days of yore. Made by those lovely people who bring us the highly praised, though flawed, ARMA games. How well do their talents translate across to a more sedate, though equally tactically oriented style of play? Worst carrier game I have ever played in my life. I destroyed my APC by driving up a ramp. Not to mention the AI killing my units, yet I can only pilot/command 1/4 of the units at a time.
Graphics was great I agree, but they seriously didn't think everything through on this "remake" aka "re-destroy"
