MMGN.com writes: If you liked Trine 2 then there's a lot to like about The Goblin Menace DLC. It adds six exciting new levels into the fray, along with some very awesome new abilities which can then be used during the regular campaign. There are tonnes of secrets, hidden poems and the DLC has a meaningful contribution to the game. However if you weren't a fan of the original game then you won't find anything to change your mind waiting for you here.
I had zero knowledge of Trine jumping into this game. I was completely unaware of the first game let alone that there was a sequel. However, one lazy afternoon while browsing the PSN Store I ran across Trine 2 and downloaded the demo. After trying said demo, I was convinced that the game in it's entirety needed to be played and reviewed.
A wizard, a warrior and a thief. What may seem like an odd match-up at first has established itself as one of the most well-balanced trios of adventurers around. This ragtag bunch of self-proclaimed heroes is back once again in another adventure around the Kingdom, and as expected, it’s magnificent fun.
