Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 Review (PopBucket)

PopBucket writes: I have no doubt that what PES 2013 represents is a real attempt to address the problems of the series and to up its game to compete with FIFA. But if you buy two football games this year, make this your second, budget purchase.

First low review iv seen, still getting fifa this year tho

At PopBucket, we think too many games get too high a score too frequently. A 6/10 means it's a good game. It works out exactly as a 3 star film.

We feel it's a realistic score as it's not the best football game ever, therefore doesn't deserve to be considered anything 8 or above as it's nothing special, just a solid, good game with many improvements.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 (360) | FTG Review

FTG Writes: It isn’t unusual for a game similar to another to come out around the same time. Be it to beat them to the punch for market share or season overlaps, it is something that we’ve become accustomed to. In the case of sports games, it is almost a necessity that they be released in the same window. However, some of the games have been trying to make a name for themselves in the shadows of major studios for some time. A week prior to the release of FIFA 13, the next title in an 11-year-old franchise hit the streets from Konami. Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 (or Winning Eleven as you might otherwise know it) enters the market at a time when the world has been foaming over EA Sports’ newest offering. Does that mean that Pro Evolution Soccer should be ignored? Or is Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 worthy of your time on the field?
