Fractured Soul Review (GameXplain)

GameXplain: "As one of the oldest genres in gaming, platformers are always looking for a way to stand out. There has to be some kind of new element which draws players in and allows them to experience either something new or something more refined than what’s come before. In the case of Fractured Soul, the developers at Endgame Studios have taken full advantage of the 3DS’s dual screens. The main character is able to shift his existence from one screen to the other in an instant in order to get through the myriad of platforming challenges and enemy gauntlets. It’s certainly an intriguing idea, but is the execution good enough to compliment it?"

Have Game, Will Play: Fractured Soul for PC | GameEnthus.com

Not sure what the precedent is for 3DS eshop games being ported to the PC; so Endgame Studios may be pioneers. Their former eshop exclusive, Fractured Soul, has made its way to GOG and Desura. Fractured Soul is a platformer(sometimes shoot'em up) that requires quickly moving between two realities.

PAX Australia – Indie Game Roundup | OnlySP

OnlySP: One of the best things about PAX Australia was the dominant position indie developers held on the showroom floor. Great well-known Australian-made games like MacGuffin’s Curse, Antichamber, and Fruit Ninja made an appearance. But the real meat of the show was the score of smaller indie developers that filled every nook. Discovering the creativity that these talented individuals are capable of honing into a playable experience was a delightful expedition. The uniqueness and innovation that was on display refreshed the senses. And that showed in how busy the indie section constantly was.

PAX Australia announces Indie Showcase titles

A handful of games made by Australian indie developers will be displayed at PAX Australia in July, and the organisers have just announced which six have made the cut for the Aus Indie Showcase.
