There's nowhere a line in Quran can be found that says you should murder innocent people, wherever their allegiences may lie doesn't matter, for the sake of some dumb made up cause. Actually, there are many passages about killing people who can still be deemed innocent. The Quran is so open-ended to interpretation, that many could say that you can kill anyone who is a non-believer.

This has been a discussion on the Quran for ages now and is far from new.

What isn't in the Quran is a position that you shouldn't kill a non-believer or similar "innocent" person. Many interpret Allah's wrath to mean condemnation or death on Earth as well. This especially goes for polytheists (including Christians--The Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost/Spirit), which go against their belief of Allah being a single being and not broken up as others would believe.

I am muslim and been living in USA for 13 years, when i came to USA there were never any suicide bombers etc, all this started happening right after 9/11. I am from Pakistan and my country is the most affected by these goons. Last I checked, the United States has always made it clear that we will do what needs to be done in order to safeguard our Nation, our allies, and our national economic interests. We also tend to take treaties seriously. In particular, the 1991 Gulf War Cease-Fire Agreement which Saddam signed in order to save his own ass then spent the following decade firing missiles at Coalition aircraft, funding terrorism in Israel, attempted to Assassinate Bush 41, and was scamming the Oil for Food program.
