While North Americans play Scott Pilgrim and Double Dragon: Neon, our friends across the Atlantic will be enjoying the award-winning Red Dead: Redemption and the charismatic Machinarium.
With River City Girls 2 arriving next week, it's time to look at the company's best!
"Digital games are more convenient than physical games, and usually cheaper too. Still, there's something about collecting physical games that appeals to many gamers. Preordering limited physical editions directly from boutique labels is always an option, but sometimes retailers offer the same editions for a better price. That's certainly the case with Best Buy, which currently has 14 Nintendo Switch titles from Limited Run up for preorder, including TMNT: Shredder's Revenge, Double Dragon Neon, and several more co-op hits," says Co-Optimus.
Limited Run Games is preparing physical editions for both Double Dragon Neon and Double Dragon IV for the Switch that include standard and Classic Limited Editions. Pre-orders go live on May 28th, 2021.
The original Double Dragon from the Arcades about 30 odd years ago was amazing at the time, i played Double Dragon Neon not long ago and it had totally lost all of its appeal, its either Double Dragon isnt that good anymore or Neon is a crap representative of the original..
Yeah, we already have division because of console choice, why don't we promote division because of region too!
America has benefits elsewhere like the PS Store.
If more people in America bought a PS3 w/Plus they might get greater benefits.
No surprise since the Europe market is huge.
I would much rather be getting Blu Ray titles then the arcade game. I just have a problem playing PSN games. I'll download it and never play it but if it's disc game then I will. It's weird.
This is all perception really and a poor one at best... While you're listing higher quality games, they're actually too high quality. The problem being, how many people who got Borderlands from Plus, lacked it? The same can be said of Dead Space 2, Red Dead, and Deus EX since the game is pretty cheap now (augmented edition is 15 at best buy). At least in the case of PSN titles, they rarely go on sale and many people won't ever buy them. Like it took me 3 weeks to get Darksiders 2 for $30 dollars and it took over a YEAR for Spelunker HD to drop 50%.
Finally, if you're going to make a case, at least put some effort into it. Europe has gotten a number of unique avatars (Patapon 3 for instance) and two unique dynamic themes every month. Many of these have crossed region, but they were ALL originated on the EU plus and some are still exclusive to Europe.
