One of the most enjoyable aspects of a game such as Left 4 Dead 2 is what the community can create with the raw materials that make up the game. Players and developers alike are astounded by the imagination and sheer resourcefulness of those members of the community who dedicate their time to conjuring up re-playability. On August 3rd 2012, Valve released one such community creation as downloadable content for Left 4 Dead 2. It’s time to take a trip through the Cold Stream campaign.

Perhaps you’ve heard of Mutations becoming available on demand, or how this new campaign map has been available on the PC for free for quite some time. If you love your Xbox and Achievements, then you may be asking yourself whether or not it’s worth putting money into Microsoft’s pocket just to pick this up. We’ll get to that question in a moment, but first there’s something you ought to know: this DLC is slightly broken.
