The Walking Dead: The Game -- Episode 3: Long Road Ahead Trailer

IGN:

Lee needs you to survive the zombie apocalypse.

I won't allow myself to watch...

I am eagerly awaiting episide three, and the rest of the season to be honest.

Telltale finally made a fan out of me.

AGREED Sir...the games are awesome, too bad theyre short but added time of all episodes together and you have yourself a game longer than most games out today.

Moby-Royale4266d ago

I thought the same thing after episode one. Thinking "that was literally awesome. But my only complaint was that it was too short".

Meaning of course that it excelled in getting us hooked, and leaving us wanting more.

I also, quickly, thought about the fact that at five bucks a pop equalling twenty dollars for the whole season, is as you said more value than many AAA games that are released nowadays.

@tommy

Much obliged, my friend.

First let me say the trailer does not spoil anything it's awesome...

Then let me say I was not a believer in this even after I played the demo I still thought, nah it's ok but nothing special..

-But my friend who knows I love the walking dead TV show said, "get it you will no be sorry trust me, it gets good"

Wow was he right, and I was in shock how hooked I got, and how much I now love this thing... I mean it got intense and it felt awesome, when you figure stuff out, there is so much suspense. it's done really well.

for one the demo does not do it justice, the game really pulls you in, makes you think, grabs whatever feeling you have for the characters and just makes you question everything... it's so Awesome..

I never thought I would care about the drama or feel so invested like I do now, I can't wait for the third episode...

I am hooked, and I love it, and it's not just to see what happens, I want to play - I want to make the tough decisions.. I want to see how it plays out based off of what I did..

-and when was the last time you could say that about a video game..

Agree with everything you said. This is the only game I've played where I beat it, then ran to youtube to see what everyone else did on their play through. This is probably the best downloadable game I've played all year.

I hope "Coming soon" means tomorrow. Can't wait.

Abel3D4266d ago

What's with this coming soon BS? It's already been a month since episode 2. It's a good series and I'm enjoying it, however, it was advertised to be monthly when I bought the season. I won't be buying a season up front again from TT Games.

Getowned4266d ago (Edited 4266d ago )

This better be out tomorrow -_-

I'm sick of waiting, only because the episodes have been so good!... I don't know whats on the video because it dosen't work on the device I'm useing, and even if it did I wouldn't watch it, I want to keep it a surprise. I didn't even watch the trailer for season 3 of the show for the same reason. I don't want to know anything about it until I see it with my own eyes.

anyone know if its out tomorrow with the store update?

The Walking Dead: S02E03 – Long Road Ahead Review | GameCloud

William at GameCloud writes:

"In Harms Way does a fantastic job in avoiding a mid-season lull. The triumph, however, is in the final moments, with one scene in particular that you won’t ever forget. The problem is that Clementine won’t either, which is something we’ve grown less concerned with this season. I suspect this negligence from both the group, as well as the player, will play a greater role in the main story very soon and I fear it could end badly."
