OnLive certainly has had its share of bad news this week. From rumors about bankruptcy to buy-outs to a new owner, things for the cloud-based gaming service have been looking a little bleak. But for video gamers, there is a little bit of good news coming out of the company. For a limited time, OnLive is offering four games from its service absolutely free.
The Nerd Stash: "Everyone loves setting up killzones and laying waste to waves of enemies, so here are our picks for the best tower defense games ever."
The Chinese Room's Dear Esther goes free on Steam to celebrate the 10th anniversary of this foundational title.
Eh.
I mean free is free, but I found this to be a boring slog.
Not to mention this remasters actually made the game look worse in multiple areas.
I did quite like their A Machine for Pigs and Everybody's Gone to the Rapture though.

Also for a limited time, if you buy 5 games for regular price they will throw in the company for free.
Normally I'd be all over something like this, but with the struggles it feels kinda wrong taking free games with no intent to buy anything lol
onlive who?
This is the final week of their indie giveaway. Took part in all three and it's awesome that they're doing this! More games to add to my OnLive library!
