Gehennakat writes, "Roads of Rome II does a lot of things right as far gameplay, touch controls, and graphics. If you can get past a few shortcomings this game is immensely fun. RoR2 takes the resource collection aspect of the more commonplace RTS genre and ands certain puzzle elements."
Triverse writes, "Time management games are getting more and more popular as of late, we had Pioneer Lands (on iOS and PC), Caveman’s Prophecy (review coming soon), Pyramid Rising (review also coming soon) and countless other titles that take resource management and time to a new level. Roads of Rome 2 on iOS is similar to the above mentioned titles but carries something those titles don’t have, heritage."
