Dragon Age 3 No-Show Spells Bad News For Half-Life 3 Rumors

With EA’s gamescom 2012 conference now over with nary a mention of Dragon Age 3, it’s highly unlikely that game will be revealed at the show. Sadly that also means the listing was a mistake, making a Half-Life 3 reveal rather unlikely. - PSLS

Well it's a shame

Although these HL3 rumors came way before that listing, especialy with Source 2 info being hidden in the Source Filmaker.

I wonder what Gameinformers cover is then

It's not Dragon Age 3, probably not HL3...guess it could be GTAV. Anyone know? Has it been revealed yet ?

theunleashed644292d ago

it's about black ops 2's multiplayer no i'am not joking.

SERIOUSLY...

Black ops 2, the issue they apparently put blood and sweat into and never worked so hard on an issue before untill now and it ends up being about crappy Black Ops 2.

What the hell man...they made out like it was going to be a massive reveal. Jesus christ ¬¬

EDIT:

Damn just seen the comments on their facebook on the reveals photo....people are NOT happy. It's kicking off big time

LewisDenby4292d ago

Yeah Black Ops 2. The editor posted a disgruntled comment on Facebook about it. Basically they were asked to hold their issue on account of getting a big exclusive. Then Activision changed their minds last minute and allowed everyone to release the information at once.

LewisDenby4292d ago

Both Valve and Gamescom have already said the HL3 listing was an "error".

doctorstrange4292d ago

Yeah, but just like Jaffe said he wouldn't be at E3 and then revealed TM, the horse's mouth isn't as trustworthy as it should be.

From the top of the list

Google translates it as

Bioshock Infinite was also of the list.

Well after the abomination that was Dragon Age 2 I honestly don't want Bioware or anyone to touch the series again. Origins was amazing and Bioware had to go screw with it like they screw with mass effect and killed that.

As for Half Life 3, as much as I want to play that game the only time I will get excited about it is when it is in my hands when I purchase it at the store IF and WHEN Valve decides to stop being lazy and learn that the number 3 exists

Dragon Age: Inquisition Retro Review – A Nostalgic Leap Short Of Legendary

Dragon Age: Inquisition, developed by BioWare, is the third installment in the cherished Dragon Age series. It represents a major evolution from its predecessor, Dragon Age II, incorporating elements that were well-loved in the original Dragon Age: Origins but also introducing new features that stand on their own. While Inquisition improves upon Dragon Age II in many respects, it falls short of the exceptional standards set by Origins.

The quality of these free games has been awesome. Before anyone says they are not free I was already giving Amazon $6 a month for prime shipping and video this isn't why I pay for my subscription

Teflon02929d ago

Still technically paying for it, even if it wasn't your intent. They've been giving out games with Twitch prime, they just changed the name. It's the same sub as that was. If you weren't aware, great. But you're paying for it.

That being said, I don't personally care. For me as long as you're willing to pay that for 1 service and get more. I personally take it as free. Like prime video, music though the prime version is trash, and all the Twitch benefits are all free to me because I didn't care about those when I got it. Just comes with it.

Only noted because that's technically wrong as a defense to that argument, whether I'm on yourside with the initial statement lol

It's free to anyone who has already been paying. IDK why people need to split hairs.

How does Prime Gaming work? Do you keep the games, or is it only as long as you have Prime?

Germaximus929d ago

lol Nice distraction from how they're now charging people to increase viewership. It's "just an option." /wink lol
