Guacamelee has expanded Vita controller functionality

Drinkbox Studios will be attending this year's PAX Prime festivities in Seattle at the end of this month, and while it's there the developer will be showing off one of the benefits of Guacamelee's PlayStation 3/Vita exclusivity.

no, this is what was always intended. This is why I keep repeating that Smartglass isn't the main threat to the Wiiu. The Vita was designed to integrate with the PS3... Didn't you see it being demod at E3 just before the Wiiu was shown? I'm sure I was the only one who saw it. That's the way it seems anyway. But, everyone will say that Sony have copied Nintendo.

The big difference of course is that I'll be able to take my controller outside and continue playing. If Sony bundle the Vita in with the rumoured 16GB flash PS3 coming later this year and price it reasonably, then we have two markets for Wiiu games developers.

i cant wait for guacamelee! loved tales from space mutant blobs attack on the vita, the art, music and nom nom was stunning! its neat that drinkbox studios are including a cross play feature :D

correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't marvel vs. capcom 3 and lbp2 has this feature as well?

hopefully a lot of devs use this feature, i specifically want this function being used for games such as metal gear wherein the vita works as snakes codec, soliton radar etc.

Sounds interesting. I was just going to get this on PS Vita, hopefully this means you get both versions for the price of one. I loved Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack so I can't wait to play Guacamelee and all future games from Drinkbox Studios.
