Unfortunately, the game was never localized for the European market, and the upcoming sequel, Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward, has not been officially announced outside of North America and Japan.

I don't think it's real, but it would make sense. Sony did just bought Evo and they have no fighting game of their own yet. Plus they own funimation and crunchyroll, so it would be pretty easy to convince some of those anime to let them make a fighting game along with kodagawa that they are in partnership with to "share ideas and IP".
