I asked a developer of Two Tribes on Twitter if they have any other games planned for Wii-U besides Toki Tori 2 and if they are allowed to use 2 Gamepads. The response is below:

"We may release EDGE and RUSH for it.Haven't asked for second Gamepad support."

I'm sorry I just cant believe them because the haters on N4G say it isnt so and they built the Wii U so they obviously know more than the developers of any game would.
