Darksiders II – it’s the game on everybody’s mind. Now with retail release clearly in sight, we thought it the perfect time to have a good old fashioned yarn with the game’s US Creative Manager Jeremy Greiner and talk delays, industry pressure and everything in between.

Yea, but every gameplay video I have seen is full of rampant screen tearing. Where's that polish??

They might be from an old build, but even still Vigil fixed the screen tearing on the 360 version of DS1 with a quick patch.

Then you haven't seen many videos...

Ok hit up my site and check the tons of vids I have only a few have screen tearing.

Also Skyrim had and still has real glitches/bugs that break the game that's horrible QA. Screen tearing while bad only slightly pulls you from the experience.

Some of the largest AAA titles have texture pop in, screen tearing, clipping, hit detection issues and a laundry list of other issues does that make them unpolished...nope.

You need to take the experience as a whole AND as the some of it's parts. That way you have a balanced scale on which to judge a product.
