Capcom Says There’s Some “Good Stuff” Coming For Wii U

Capcom’s Consumer Software Senior VP Christian Svensson has promised members of the Capcom Unity forums that the company has some secret Wii U projects in development

You see people? We have an unfinished list of games for the WiiU, which means we will only have some announcements at this fall's conference.

My guess is:
A fighitng game (probably an updated version of Super Street Fighter IV) + Resident Evil 6 + Marvel Vs Capcom Origins.

Exclusive games from Capcom? I doubt it. I would believe on that if it was a handheld.

You'd think Resident Evil for Wii U would be almost certain. I'm more interested to see if there are any Wii U exclusives coming from Capcom, but I'll be excited to see how the Wii U versions of multiplats play out.

Well RE6 was deconfirmed but there definitely will be something ;)

From Capcom if not at launch, some time next year. But we all know Nintendo pulled games from E3. Hisiru is right. People just need to wait and see. You can bet Blackops 2 will get confirmed soon.

Wii U really does look to have an appealing launch lineup and I think its better than PS3 and 360. Mass Effect 3 day 1? Yes please! I am just as eager as anyone else to find out more but you can also argue Nintendo holding out is part of the mystery behind it.

I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo is telling third parties to hold their tongues so they can go all out at the last minute.

After the PR disaster that was Street Fighter X Tekken on 360, I wouldn't count on it after a couple years or so.

It'll be Super Uber Street-fighter X Tekken DLC GOTY Edition for sure. But really, I hope it's an exclusive RE or something. Maybe a game like Revelations but for Wii U?!

Thank the heavens! This is good news!! RE6 & some fighting games plz... Plus network games.. Now get castlevania lords of shadow 2 & MG then i will buy the wii u @ launch... Thats all i need to see is fighting games, rpgs, & action titles from 3rd party for me to be on board...

That would be a huge aquisition for the Wii U in Japan, but if it's Monster Hunter I'd bet on it being a port at best. It'd still kill, though.

Lol thats rich, good stuff and capcom, maybe if your a fighter or re fan. Short of dragons dogma capcom has been pretty meh to me this whole gen, like square enix.

I think wii u owners will probably see more substance from 2k or another 3rd party publisher than capcom will put out.
