That reminds me.. whatever happened to Insomniac's 'Overstrike'? I remember it at E3 2011 but since then nothing..

Overstrike is their first multi-platform title after announcing a split from being PlayStation exclusive. Maybe they are finding it difficult to deal with Microsoft so they shifted their focus to Outernauts.

Maybe Overstrike will get canceled. They haven't mentioned Overstrike in a very long time. Isn't it funny that Ratchet & Clank are making a come back to PS3 before they can get Overstrike out the door?

Insomniac became too big for their own good IMO.Now they are trying to get some quick cash with a FB game or EA pushed em to make one.

I love Insomniac and when i heard about outernauts i had a month long bout of depression.

Were you depressed because Outernauts wasn't what you wanted them to announce? Or because Facebook is an obvious step down from consoles?

"Millions" Played It, But Ratchet & Clank Dev's Outernauts Is Shutting Down

GameSpot - Unfortunately, the current player count cannot keep up with the ongoing server costs.

Having already shut down the Facebook version of Outernauts, Ratchet & Clank developer Insomniac Games today announced that it's also closing the game's iOS and Android versions.
