OXM - Pro Evolution Soccer 2013: "one of the most tactical, exciting Pro Evos in ages"

OXM - With FIFA steadily pulling away from its old rival in the sales charts, PES 2013 has nothing to lose by really pushing the innovation this year - and the results are surprising.

I have to admit I enjoyed it too and will definitely pick it up at some point.. still they really really really need to get rid of the current ui for formations and tactics.. it's just plain ugly and a real pain in the ass to navigate if you want as much freedom as possible.

WHAT!! That's 1 of the best bits & the only thing in recent years that has kept ahead of FIFA.

It's infinitely better than the horrible chunky FIFA alternative. I use formations/tactics/substitutio ns in PES where as in FIFA I dont use any as I dont feel i need to as it feels like just a waste of time especially as it takes so long to do & is so much more awkward.

yeah the UI in Fifa isnt nearly as clear and efficient when you just need to change formations and have a clear view of your team

PLAYED ITS DEMO.....A TOTAL COPY OF ITS PREVIOUS VERSION.GOALKEEPER SPEED OF CAPTURING BALL AND THEN RELEASING IS VERY SLOW AND IN INJURY TIME IT WILL FRUSTRATE YOU.
REAL PLAY IS GOOD AS XPECTED FROM KONAMI SOCCER.MENU IS MORE STYISH AND EASIER.AFTER WATCH THE GAME PLAY WITH INTERNATIONAL TEAMS LIKE GERMANY PORTUGAL FEEL LIKE IT WILL ADD EURO OR WORLD CUP WHICH WILL BE FACINATING.ALSO HOPING THE CHANGED NAME OF CLUB LIKE NORTH LONDON TO ARSENAL AND CHELSEA FC....DEMO IS GOOD HOPE FULL VERSION WILL ROCK..

Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 (360) | FTG Review

FTG Writes: It isn’t unusual for a game similar to another to come out around the same time. Be it to beat them to the punch for market share or season overlaps, it is something that we’ve become accustomed to. In the case of sports games, it is almost a necessity that they be released in the same window. However, some of the games have been trying to make a name for themselves in the shadows of major studios for some time. A week prior to the release of FIFA 13, the next title in an 11-year-old franchise hit the streets from Konami. Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 (or Winning Eleven as you might otherwise know it) enters the market at a time when the world has been foaming over EA Sports’ newest offering. Does that mean that Pro Evolution Soccer should be ignored? Or is Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 worthy of your time on the field?
