i imported it. Very good game....it's all about gameplay that's how it should be. Platinum games are the best

While graphics don't really matter, the game plays pretty well. However! The game is not a 9.

The story is awful (both of them).
The campaign is short and repetitive.
No offline MP.
etc

The biggest problem is that it was designed to be online centric, but the sales are just not there. Sure people are playing it now, but what about Q3 / Q4?

also there are plenty of nonfighting games (similar enough to Anarchy) coming out, so do you think the community will survive? How about when it comes out in the US during the loaded Q1? Yeah it's going to fail... Sure it's fine, but it's far from nearly perfect.

Ok so we know the game is region free and English localized, but will I be able to play my import copy online with the NA release of Anarchy Reigns and the PAL version?

I played demo and loved it im just mad it flopped in Japan. Dont know why they dont like it.

I think that's a good thing though. This would probably push Sega to see how well the game will do over here in the states. If it doesn't do well in Japan, then maybe it's better off somewhere else. I just don't see myself paying 90 dollars simply to import this game.

I mean they usually love beat em up type games. It got all crazy shit japan usually love. They even give them a choice to play as a japanese main character or Jack. You know here in the states if its not crazy on FPS it wont sell as well. I hope it sells at least 500k worldwide.

Wrong. It will push Sega to scrap it to cut their losses. This game was marketed far better in asia and even included things like Bayonetta. Sadly it didn't do too well, so Sega might assume that all interested parties did / will import it and just not release it. They would save a LOT of money by just not releasing it and with the delay... they might already be thinking it's a loser.

I played the demo and didn't think it was that great. This is a game that is going to live off the community alone and with a new IP that is dangerous water. I can see this game dropping fast in price.
