Brave: The Video Game squanders the opportunity to create a terrific game with a strong female lead.
Nintendo Insider writes:
Naturally this will mostly appeal to those who enjoyed the film, a medieval fairytale set in mythical Scotland, and places players in the role of feisty female protagonist Merida, a skilled archer, who journeys to remove a curse afflicting her mother that she herself is responsible for causing.
Brave is just another mediocre movie based game
Brash Games writes "Brave? Sadly not. While Behaviour Interactive has certainly delivered a solid if unspectacular take on Disney/Pixar’s rather enchanting tale of a rebellious Scottish princess, the final product is more than a little derivative".
A videogame adaptation that doesn't do the movie justice? No way!
Can you name me a video game in which it remotely lives up to the movies?
No such thing exists.
The movie wasn't that great either, I mean it was ok but it was nothing special
How much does it cost to make a game like this?
