Such a beefy RPG as an original downloadable title...Dear Japan, bring us more of this!

christheredhead4326d ago

Seriously, this game is looking great. I'm definitely buying it on release day.

I might be mistaken but I think this actually made by a German developer.

games like this is what I was expecting to come out of Japan this entire gen. Old-school RPGs but downloadable. Sadly they didnt have the same idea and this is one of few in that style.

I will definitely buy.

There's also the sequel rainbow skies. Tbh injust assumed this was already on the switch. I enjoyed it for what it was. Never did finish it though. I had the ps4 physical edition.

Yea, story wasn't great, especially dialogue, but some of the battle tactics got quite fun at higher levels. Sadly, I think Rainbow Skies sunk Sidequest Studios bc it came out years later than originally promised, and Vita enthusiasm had already died by then. EastAsiaSoft still owns this though as a publisher, so I'm guessing they're trying to squeeze some more out of it. I'd recommend it for like $15, probably nothing above that. I liked it enough.

I assumed it was too when I wrote it up. Never finished it either as fun as it was.
