Too bad this game is dead after lv.30...well too ppl who've played MMOs before(ffxi, wow, aion, runes of magic) well atleast its free?

ABizzel14358d ago

I just started playing, and I'm having a good time. Not the best game, but it's enjoyable and even more so because it's free.

They need a zero hour event that gives people the ability to go to level 100, but it's costly and you have me make game-changing decisions.

Hicken4358d ago

Yeah... you must not know what you're doing. The game doesn't even open up until AFTER you hit 30; building up your Combat Rating, going to Central City and taking on the Rogues, fighting your way through most of the big-time villains in Arkham, taking on enemies like Black Adam. Can't do ANY of that until after you're 30, and just being level 30 doesn't mean you'll be able to handle that stuff, either.

Combat Rating>< dude it takes too long to raise it, I play countless duos which without healer we get smoked, but ppl who can't even wear the new gear dice roll and win the items!!!

Join a league. Not just any league, but one with a good reputation. Run a few instances with them and see how they work. If you like em, join up. If they turn out to not be worth your time, leave.

My league- as in the league I created- is the Black Armada Killers. LexTheDestroyer is one of my main guys. He'll raise your CR 10+ points in a week. I've been gone for a while, so most of our league is above me in CR now, but about 4 hours running with Lex last night, and I went up 6 points. I should be able to go up a few more before work today. With any luck, I'll be at 70 in the next day or two.

As for healers... there are some good ones out there. I have to say I was better before the T4 stuff came out. But if you need someone for an instance, send a tell to Noel Vermilion. I'll help out of I'm not otherwise occupied.

MMOs In 2021 Retrospective: Console Edition

WTMG's Thomas Medina: "As far as I’m concerned, console MMOs have always been in a weird place. PC is where the main game is most popular. MMOs were born there, work best there, and have the vast majority of titles. Mobile is then next in line, with touchscreens and portability that adds something new while functioning well. Console gaming, on the other hand, is not portable (for the most part). Plus, it uses a controller, which is not the best instrument when your control scheme requires a thousand buttons and a cursor. That being said, there is an audience, and where there’s money to be made, publishers find a way. So here we are with some of the biggest console MMO games and how I feel they handled 2021. "

Best Superhero Video Games Available Right Now

From Xfire: "A lot of video games are designed to make players feel like a superhero. However, very few actually feature superheroes or have players take on the role of a superhero. What makes this even worse is that there are even fewer superhero video games that can be considered good."
