... I'm a fan of top-down racers, and the game seems to have a nice amount of content when it comes to different tracks...

.... but sadly I didn't really care for the gameplay, which was a bit too slow and 'heavy' for me.

I really wanted to like it, but it just left a 'meh' impression on me. Perhaps later unlocks (cars) feel better, faster, lighter, 'FUNNER', but I'm not going to take that gamble.

It looks like a unique take on slot car racing.

It's a lot of fun and the multiplayer is a blast ;) There is quite a bit of content as well for the price.

I wish these sorts of games were promoted better so a wider audience knew about them! These days it's always about the big AAA titles.

Well said, this happens a lot and it's a shame b/c so many great games are left undiscovered by many gamers due to the lack of coverage.

If you like that kind of games, try "Little Racers Street" from "Milkstone" on XBLIG!

Will check it out! Thanks =)

Recently ported over from the mobile platform (it was originally released on Android-based devices in 2011), Bang Bang Racing has been thrust back onto the console. Taking more than a few cues from a few golden gaming classics, does Bang Bang Racing have what it takes?" (darkzero)

Bang Bang Racing Review - The Digital Fix

For people of a certain age Bang Bang Racing will bring back vivid memories of some brilliant top down arcade racers. Whether it’s speeding around the breakfast table in Micro Machines on the Mega Drive or tearing round the track as a cow on wheels in Super Skidmarks on the Commodore Amiga there has, and probably always will be, a place for a well crafted top down racer. Compared to its previously mentioned (much) older peers Bang Bang Racing rarely gets out of first gear.
