In a group interview with the producers of Koei's Fatal Inertia and Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War where they told the group that the company's first racing game wouldn't make the November Japanese launch. Citing problems with the Unreal Engine 3.0, the group was actively working to remedy their development delays to ship the former launch title before the end of '06.

AWESOMEoutof10's Fraser Brown proposes that anachronisms in video games can be a good thing. From the anything in history goes attitude of the Civilization series, to the use of swords in modern settings. It's all part of games offering players freedom and the keys to the toy box.
But at the end of the day, the game simply wasn't received well enough for Tecmo Koei to feel the need for a sequel. It's a pity, because this kind of game is a niche that isn't really being filled right now.
I loved this game, but I only play it every so often, the combat can get rather boring very fast.
good, but not great. And by great, I don't meant to say that this was so under appreciated that it was great (only some deserve it).
an amazing game, just wish i had completed it, got to last battle and it broke. typical
The problem is because the gpu dose not have enough RAM. Too bad though I really like this game over MOTSTORM and RFOM
Another game dropped from the launch window. lol. I am very happy though that fatal inertia is coming to the 360. I really like this game.
Fatal Inertia is coming to the 360? Are you sure? I've never heard that one before.
The RSX GPU has 256MB of XDR RAM running at the CPU's clock speed, aka 3.2GHz. That would probably make your PC explode. No, it's not because of the lack of RAM. The 256MB of XDR RAM is VASTLY superior to 512MB of DDR3 RAM which most high end computers run off of.
Yeah me too and i bet half the sh1t you say up here your the complete opposite outside away form this Site. BTW You ain't getting no PS3 So why are you getting hype?
Fatal Inertia and Bladestorm. Will be on 360 you can believe that sh1t. These game company's Seems not to release games on conflicting dates for 360 so it won't cut into sales and that way everybody eats. Thats good for Economy so Game
Developer's can make money. Genius! i love it.
