Ubisoft registers 30 domains like Watch Dogs 5, Assassin’s Creed: Utopia, more

On the same day Ubisoft kicked off its E3 press conference to present many of its newest titles, the company registered over two dozen new domains for names and titles like Assassin’s Creed III: Rise, Assassin’s Creed: Utopia, Just Dance Disney Party, Petz Beach, Petz Countryside, Rabbids Land, Watch Dogs (2 – 5) and ZombiU (2-5). A new IP that Ubisoft unveiled at the convention was the stealthy/spy game Watch Dogs, and it appears the company may have long term plans for the game. Ubisoft registered watchdogs2.com, watchdogs3.com, watchdogs4.com and watchdogs5.com.

I know,Watch Dogs was barley shown two days ago and their's already plans for a fifth one? I think they could be getting the domain just in case their actually will be up to part 5.

They saw the great critical and fan reception, and so they just had to go and plan to milk the franchise before it even comes out.

Ubisoft is ao desperate for successful IPs that when one is praised, even slightly, they will instantly milk it to death (see Assassin's Creed)

Hehe. Why not.

I bet Activision has domains up to Call of Duty 30, Square Enix for Final Fantasy 66 and Nintendo for the 200th Mario game.

Every industry has these issues

Some companies I’ve worked for were great and some were toxic as hell (UPS when I was a teenager was extremely toxic and I have heard it still is) It all starts at the top. They either hold people accountable , set standards and treat people with respect or the crap rolls downhill.
