barely anyone actually cares about reviews in the grand scheme of things. We are talking maybe 20,000 people vs the millions of people who buy games. Similar to music and movies, critic ratings mean very little.

Well said, I couldn't agree more. In the podcast we decided to take review scores down from our future reviews because those that do care about scores focus solely on the score and little else and also as you say with review scores the majority of people do not actually care.
