Call of Duty is one of the "next-gen" franchises according to Nintendo that will reach the console of choice for comparing with the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 graphically and performance-wise. RGN peruses the concept of Black Ops II becoming a potential launchpad for that link.
Following the Wii U and 3DS servers being taken offline, Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and Ghosts are officially dead.
Call of Duty players are jumping into Black Ops 2 for the final time before its Wii U servers go offline for good.
GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 leap up due to summer sales
Wow, good games never get old I guess.
CoD will always be a beast of a franchise, and how awesome is it that you can just boot it up or pop it into your Xbox and play, MS BC is really a neat feature.
if nintendo are seriously want some good third party support then they should aim for the big ones like cod and gta.
I'm almost positive this will happen. And it will definitely be a smart move.
U know i never really watch Nintendo's Conference all the way through but i will this year. just think Black Ops 2 in full 1080p / 60fps on Wii U vs. 720p / 60fps. I'm starting to pay attention to Nintendo and Mr. Reggie a lil bit. psn: cedaridge / xbl: cedar4Thunder
I wouldn't be surprise.
Seems like a logical move to me by Nintendo and especially Activision. All indications is the WiiU is on par or has more power than the current consoles so I would feel safe betting a mortgage payment this is going to happen.
Activision is probably doing back flips over it.
