Basically none of these artworks represent the games they are made for, as they end up looking incredibly different in-game. Why don't they take ACTUAL scenes from within the ACTUAL games and honour them with awards?

Lovely artworks, but hardly representative of the scenes you see within the actual games.

Journey looks JUST like that image, and Gravity Rush isn't far off.
