kk dude...im all for Sony..but give respect where it's due..

#1- Nintendo..without a doubt in my mind...

Insomniac..naughty dog..Bungie...will not be on the list...and I doubt ROCKSTAR will be number 2 or even on the list either GTA franchise can't justify them biegn great developers. Capcom will be #2...and I think SEGA..should have been in the top 3..and I bet there gonna put EA in the top 3..hmmm..!!!

Comment from the writer regarding some of the comments being made about Sega and Square and their placement on the list...

"Thanks for the comment ASDF. Although we all have our opinions on who should take the crown for best developer ever, be sure that it was not easy choosing the order. The variety of games, importance to the industry and evolution of gameplay all had to be taken into consideration. With the hundreds (possibly thousands) of developers out there, I think its fair to say that even making the top 10 is an amazing feat in and of itself. Both Sega and Square made the cut, and I hope you keep reading to see which one will take the prize.

3 - Well now that I see sega is behind ubisoft

I will officially say this is the worst list of probably all time. Space Channel 5, Rez, Jet set radio, Samba de Amigo, Shenmue, Virtual Fighter, Virtual Tennis, Sonic, Skies of Arcadia, Streets of Rage, Nights into dreams, panzer dragoon, Star wars the arcade game, and golden axe. Compared to what? Prince of Persia, beyond good and evil, rayman, and Splinter Cell. And an upcoming game that we don't even know how good it is.

Splinter Cell was a first time effort on a radically new machine - steep learning curve.

RB6 wasn't too bad. They would have gained more experience with the Ps3

Now look at GRAW. Perfect. They have mastered the beast.

Hopefully all that experience will be passed onto their developers of Haze, Assassins, Endwar etc.
