So I guess they're done with DLC. Lost and Damned was better than GTAIV but I think it's because it was more condensed. GTAIV seemed to go on forever and sort of wore out its welcome.

There has never been a true Playstation exclusive GTA, they've always ended up on other platforms.

The Playstation has done nothing but hold back previous iterations of GTA.

GTA IV is the most critically acclaimed game of the entire series.

Only Rockstar North would develop GTA5, but this team is busy with Agent right now, so there are two possibilities:

1. Agent is the next GTA
2. GTA5 is in pre-production, release 2011 or 2012

dont bring in that critical acclaim BS.. gta SA was way better than GTA 4.. it was HUGE.. and FYI R* had to compromise on a lot of stuff cuz of the dvd format.. sandbox game as huge as San andreas on a dual layer dvd is not possible mate..

I'm from Glasgow Scotland and I say set it in Glasgow. If anyone here is from Glasgow you'll know what I mean. We got a religious/football divide. Plenty of gang diversity from more traditional gangs to what we call neds/ youngteams. Rockstar north is also Scottish.

I'm from Glasgow and I think that's a terrible idea mate. The gangs here are non-existant compared to those in the US. All we get here are groups of neds who like to think they are hard by swaggering about with their boyfriends. Besides the city layout would be especially awkward for a GTA game.

They should have GTA:GTA(Greater Toronto Area). We have every person, from every part of the world and their respective gangs.

And base jumping off the CN Tower would be awesome!

But I think they should take the 3 city approach, like they did in SA! It was like 3 Liberty Cities and terrain in between.

Look at it closely. This is some kind of movie ad, and knowing Rockstar it's probably fake.

The Seagull part is just a company name of some sort. it's not apart of the ad.

It should read:
- Liberty City, it's over!
- Next stop. - Next stop. (Mountains and trees)

If anything it points towards a setting with mountains and trees, not seagulls. And that doesn't narrow it down at all.

Where else would you go?

The UK is Getaway territory. Almost anywhere else and they'd either have to voice act in a different language, pretend everyone speaking English is actually speaking something else, or make a lame excuse for speaking English.

I wouldn't mind, but a lot of people would rather watch a movie that's dubbed rather than subbed (no matter how wrong that is).

They could probably do Australia, but I'm pretty sure the US is the largest market for GTA. I guarantee that we'd whine about the accents.

I believe they should have it set in Tokyo.
The game starts off with you getting off a boat from italy where you were formally a mobster who escaped from a life where you weren't given the chance to rise up higher in the mafia due to some of the bigger players being scared that you might become even bigger then them due to your ambitions and they try to take you out.

You go to tokyo to try to start a new mob/gang and you begin by recruiting some of the most infamous yakuza in tokyo/japan and slowly start over taking the various districts in tokyo whilst recruiting and killing lots of yakuza/people on your way up, you take over pachinko parlors, nightclubs,strip joints, brothels, then start using blackmail to manipulate the larger companies and eventually control the entire city of japan and you then become an 'Untouchable'

The Central District, Beacon Hill, Capital Hill, basically east of Downtown was a mess. But those were neighborhood issues and GTA seems to focus more on organized crime which I think has been pretty light here in the Sea-town.

Seattle would make for a vibrant setting, we have a strange culture here-a mix between East and West coast mentalities. But I doubt it is Seattle anyway, this city doesn't have enough exposure.

Exclusively for the Perfect Station 3.

Yeah if it was just for PS3 and Rock Star fills up a Blu ray disk the game will be good.

If Rock Star use old Gen DVD again, it will be another failed GTA 4 with just about everything missing from what made the old GTAs so much fun. GTA 4 was missing so much, San Andreas was better for fun.

After the billions they have made since GTA 1 i'm pretty sure there not short of a bob or two, And can afford to do it,

After all why limit themselves by making it multi plat? When they can afford to go all out and make exactly what they want and still cover the production costs by making on PS3 only, I know i would if i was them,

And no it's not a dig at XBOX it just happens that the PS3 offers them a so much more. Fact.
