Factor 5 Wii title still coming?

"With speculation that Factor 5 was indeed developing a Wii title, we we're saddened by the news that the studios San-Rafael based studio was shutting down.
Based in Cologne, Germany, Factor 5's headquarters are still running. They sent out a press released of the activities with their company but did you read the fine print?"
