BioWare's Answer to Piracy: DLC, MP, Loyal Fans

Piracy continues to hurt PC gaming, and no one has a clear answer to the problem.

Development studio Crytek has proposed abandoning PC-exclusive game releases. BioWare, however, is less radical. They're looking at downloadable content, access to multiplayer and - here's a new one - simply encouraging consumer loyalty.

Steam has been the biggest opponent to piracy we've seen so far. EA should attempt to do something similar with their titles (online activation/lock to ID).

what will happen if piracy didn't exist then? people would stay rich and the poor would stay poor. it balances life as we know it In my opinion
