This is heartening news for Halo fans post-Bungie. Frank will continue to contribute his significant talents to the Halo universe.

It's probably also a good thing for Bungie, as they will now have the opportunity to reinvent themselves with a new lead that doesn't carry the Halo baggage.

Oh, wow. I did NOT see that coming. He was always great in writing up the Weekly Updates. I'm guessing MS threw tons of money his way to make him jump ship like this. Wonder how he'll contribute to the future Halo games. Here's hoping Bungie still makes Halo 4.

Can't wait to see the next Bungie game, seems awesome.
