I think Japanese government should impose a fine on anyone who does not have a ds lite as of yet.
by the way for theMart: you should change ur qoute that "360 is selling nearly half as well as ps3" to "360 is dead in Japan". And understand what it does mean..it means that Most of japanese developers that make japanese style games or any type of games that sell well would not make it for 360. It does not just affect console's japanese market but prevent games like DQ, Final Fantasy and such from coming to 360 which also affects its world wide market as well.
In short only those japanese developers that are completely confident that they can sell there games without bothering the japanese would produce games for 360..as of yet this list only includes capcom.
