Leaked Tales of mothership trailer for Wii

A few months ago, it was confirmed that a new Tales of mothership game was in the works and that it would be heading to the Wii. The first trailer was expected to be released soon, but it looks as though it has been leaked.

Yeah 360 got one too but this one was confirmed to be in development even before TOS2 was out.

I thought that Namco said they're going to put a "Tales of" mothership game on every major console, though? So maybe it's not just Wii/DS

Not this one specifically, just that every console will get their own Tales of mothership game. I thought so, anyways, but I'll be damned if I can find a source now. Heard it awhile ago, and it's not like it's something that's easy to search for.

I can confirm what Smacktard is saying. Scamco said a while back that every system was getting it's own game in the "mothership" category of Tales games (Main games such as Vesperia, Abyss, or Symphonia). Tales of Symphonia 2 was a spinoff so it didn't fall in that category.

However, I am wondering when the PS3 title will be announced. Though between TOS2, ToV, and this new game, I dunno if I'll want to play yet another Tales title.

When they say "mothership" they mean "main series". Wich means its not a part 2 or spinoff of other tales of game. (Like for example this years Tales of Symphonia 2 for wii, was not a "mothership" title, because it was a sequel to Symphonia, it was a "main game"

Thats not the name, when they say "mothership" they mean "main title in the series", example, this year Tales of Symphonia 2 wasn't a "mothership" title because it was a sequel to Symphonia. Tales of Vespertia for 360 is a mothership title too. Wich I pray to god, that it gets released for ps3 too.

I'm not really a Tales fan. I like Symphonia because of Zelos and Raine. I liked Phantasia because of Arche and it seemed linked to Symphonia with the Tree and Summon Spirits. Chances are this new one I'll ignore because of Dawn of the New World, unless I find something I like in the commercial or preview. When I first saw Symphonia Zelos stuck out like a sore thumb, and after arguing with my bro that he was a guy, not a girl, I remember thinking: This guy seems cool. I wanna play this.

So far this guy is meh, I don't like his outfit, but his Kamehameha like attack was cool.
