Nvidia G92b 55nm in the works

Fudzilla: It has been over eight months since ATI commercially introduced the RV670 55nm chips, and these were followed by 3450 and 3650 in the same architecture.

The whole ATI line-up is based on 55nm chips and Nvidia is just about to try and get it's first 55nm chips out.

One of the first will be the G92b, which is basically the G92 architecture shrunk to 55nm. We've heard, but we still cannot confirm the claim that the Geforce 9800GT will have this 55nm chip inside, which probably means at least a bit higher clock speed at lower power consumption.
