Rockstar wouldnt have improved from a takeover, thus the games would get worse and there would be wayyyy more DLC scamming going on. Think of paying per song, or per radiochannel...
Being able to buy extra cars and weapons as DLC.

And dont forget EA's reputation with online games... :(

So yeah, very VERY happy that TakeTwo passed on the takeover.
Not JUST because of GTA, but because of their other games as well (Bioshock, the sportsgames, etc)

EA's offer of $26 (actually $25.74) per share is ridiculous. a dollar more than its current price just weeks before GTAIV comes out is like a slap in the face to T2. suck it easy EA. not everything is as easy money as that crap you call madden football released each year.
