They have nothing to apologize for, I mean we all get sarcastic a bit, Bioware is mostly a stayed calm type of company, so I was surprised to hear this. Please no one hate them they still make amazing games.

I guess that's why his reaction was a bit of a shock because, like you say, they are usually pretty chilled.

But yeah, they still make great stories and great games.

Yea it would be like having Bethesda say something messed up or controversial.

It is a nice apology, but unnecessary.

Yea, that is how I feel about it. Now companies like Activison need to kiss gamers you know what.

I'm boycotting MW2 until I can get it for a reasonable pre-owned price so Activision don't directly get my money. I don't like Kotick.

That is crazy that you are boycotting just let it go.

No way, they're butchering what was once great about Call of Duty. Instead of shock tactics with airports, show people what happened in Vietnam or what happened during the first Gulf War...the problem is, then they'd get a bigger sh*tstorm of bad publicity.

The airport scene gets them criticism, but to the point that it actually works in their favour. I wouldn't be surprised if Activision had a say in that feature.

Now this is really odd. It's not everyday you hear of a writer of this magnitude apologizing for something like this. I'm with Andre Wiggin on this one. Nice, but unnecessary.

Well, BioWare has quite a close-knit community. I think he just wanted to set his record straight with the forumites he speaks to nearly every day.

If you continue to boycott them, you are in essence supporting them. Point blank, the game has sold over 1 million units in it's first day alone. Whether or not you boycott them isn't going to make a difference. However, criticizing them does give them more publicity, and more publicity is exactly what they want right now.

Sorry to tell you, but his is a loose loose situation. And regardless of what anyone says or does, this game is inevitably going to break a lot of sales record. Shoot, it already broke GTA4'S first day sales record.

How did you come to that conclusion? Boycotting isn't always about changing people's opinions. I'm not asking you to boycott, I'm just stating my reasons why.

What you're saying is, IN ESSENCE, that it's pointless to be vegetarian.
